I received this as a gift, and really like it much better than the old silver one. However, there is a suggestion for improvement that I would like to suggest. The top is clear, and when it is taken off, it can't be seen. It was thrown out with the tablecloth twice. The first time, it was caught in time to be taken out of the garbage. The second time, it was discovered too late. I would like to purchase a replacement. It would be helpful if the knob on top of the cover was gold to make it more visible.
