Please note that due to strict shipping deadlines, all orders are final once placed. We are unable to make changes, cancellations, or modifications of any kind after an order has been submitted.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shavous Shipping Deadlines

West Coast
Standard orders: Wednesday, May 13 – 3pm
Expedited orders: Monday, May 18 – 3pm
(Expedited Note: Additional shipping charges may apply post purchase to insure your order will arrive in time for Yom Tov.)

Mid USA (including Florida + Upstate)
Orders must be placed by Monday, May 18 – 3pm

Tri-State (excluding upstate NY)
Orders must be placed by Tuesday, May 19 – 3pm

Lakewood
Orders must be placed by Thursday, May 21 – 9:00am.
The orders will be delivered before Shavuos.

Showroom & Pickup
Showroom Hours: Open for in-person shopping and pickup until Thursday May 21 – 12:30pm
Order Pickup: Ready as fast as 1.5 business hours after placing an order

Orders shipping to the Lakewood area are shipped Via Mailkpak. Same day service is some times available (on orders placed before 12pm), however it must specifically be requested by calling the office. Please do not assume your order will be shipped that day. If you require an order to arrive at a specific date, please ensure that your get thru to the office via call (732.806.7509) or email info@waterdalecollection.com. Please make sure you get a response.
Orders shipped outside of the Lakewood area are shipped via UPS Ground from our NJ warehouse. Please follow the shipping timelines above. If you have a specific shipping request, please make sure you speak to someone in the office.
