Please note that due to strict shipping deadlines, all orders are final once placed. We are unable to make changes, cancellations, or modifications of any kind after an order has been submitted.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Sukkos Shipping Deadlines

Lakewood Delivery Special
Orders over $200: Place by Monday, 10/6, 9:00 AM → Delivered by messenger same day (Monday) by 1:00 PM (FREE delivery).
Orders under $200: Place by Monday, 10/6 6, 9:00 AM → Delivered same day Monday by 1:00 PM with an additional $15 delivery fee to the UPS charge
(Select surcharge with checkout).

Pickup in Lakewood
Monday, 10/6 → Office & warehouse open for in-person shopping & immediate pickup of online orders from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
After 12:30 PM → Closed.

Sunday 10/5 – Closed for all pickups & deliveries

All Other Locations
Orders placed before Monday, 10/6, 12:00 PM → Will ship via UPS on Monday.
Orders placed after Monday, 10/6, 12:00 PM →
Will ship after Yom Tov.

The office & warehouse will be closed the entire Yom Tov.

Please Note:
Orders shipping to the Lakewood area are shipped Via Mailpak Service. Same day service is some times available (on orders placed before 12pm), however it must specifically be requested by calling the office. Please do not assume your order will be shipped that day. If you require an order to arrive at a specific date, please ensure that your get thru to the office via call (732.806.7509) or email info@waterdalecollection.com. Please make sure you get a response.
Orders shipped outside of the Lakewood area are shipped via UPS Ground from our NJ warehouse. Please follow the shipping timelines above. If you have a specific shipping request, please make sure you speak to someone in the office.
