Frequently Asked Questions

What can Waterdale customize?

Waterdale creates custom Judaica, personalized gifts, wall art, and home décor. Options include family trees, Hadlokas Neiros with names, custom photo prints, artist sketches, engraving, place cards, and simcha favors. You can personalize an existing design or work with our team on a completely custom project.

What custom gifts can I order directly online?

Many custom pieces can be ordered directly from their product pages, including custom photo prints, tabletop prints, custom sketches, Gedolim sketches, family trees, Hadlokas Neiros with names, and bencher, Chuppah, and Bris cards. For a project that is not listed online, contact Waterdale’s custom team through our custom project form, email, or WhatsApp.

What is a custom sketch?

A custom sketch is an artist-drawn portrait created from your photo and printed on Lucite. You can choose between a portrait or full sketch in available sizes, with options for the number of revisions. Custom sketches make meaningful gifts for families, simchas, or to honor a Rav, parent, or loved one.

Can I order personalized favors for a wedding, Bris, or other simcha?

Yes. Waterdale offers custom bencher cards, Chuppah cards, Bris cards, and other simcha favors, with quantities starting at 25 pieces. Choose your design and colors, then add names, dates, or a personal message.

How do I start a custom project that isn’t listed online?

Submit your idea, quantity, and event date through our custom project form, or contact Waterdale’s custom team by email or WhatsApp. We can personalize an existing product, add names or other design details, or help create something entirely new, from a single piece to a larger custom order.
