Make your gift personal by engraving it with a name or logo. Add this option to almost any lucite gift. If you are ordering more that one item, then please specify in which item you want engraved.
Engraving is etched in to the lucite. It shows up white.

However your name is typed, that's how it will be engraved. We are not responsible for any spelling mistakes. If you do not have Hebrew on your computer but would like Hebrew engraving, then please spell out the Hebrew letters in English. (ex. חיים Ches Yud Yud Mem)
We will choose the most popular location to engrave on the item being engraved, if you have a specific location please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 minutes from when you place your order
For logo engraving, please email a vector pdf file to email@example.com with your order number in the subject. In addition, please write in the top box LOGO instead of a name.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 4 business days for us to verify and process your order. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery in the tri-states, and 3-7 days for delivery on the west coast. If you need something by a specific date, please be sure to select express shipping so we can guarantee a rushed shipping time. During holiday seasons, there is a one week cut-off order date before the holiday. Orders placed after the cut-off time are not guaranteed, however we do try our best to ship them right away.
If your Waterdale purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly issue a store credit for any returned merchandise. You have 20 days from when you receive your package to start an exchange.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to start the exchange process. Exchanges need to be approved and sent back with an RMA. Exchanges sent back without an RMA will not be processed. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email with your credit code.
If your items arrives damaged, please email email@example.com within 20 days so we can process a replacement.
Please note return shipping is at the buyers expense. Shipping will not be refunded
from your original order.
