Most orders ship within 1-3 business days during normal seasons, unless an item is out of stock. If you need something by a specific date, please be sure to select express shipping so we can guarantee a rushed shipping time. During holiday seasons, there is a one week cut-off order date before the holiday. Orders placed after the cut-off time are not guaranteed, however we do try our best to ship them right away.

We do not offer international or Canadian shipping.

Once shipped, your order may be tracked using the link from your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped during normal business hours; Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 hours for tracking milestones to update once your tracking number has been provided. If you do not see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

This will provide you the opportunity to add a short message. If you for forget to add a gift message, you can contact support and we gladly add it. If you did not receive the hanging hardware with your order, please email info@waterdalecollection.com for a replacement. Make sure to peel off the protective film from your plaque before hanging.
