HOW FAST DO ITEMS SHIP?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days during normal seasons, unless an item is out of stock. If you need something by a specific date, please be sure to select express shipping so we can guarantee a rushed shipping time. During holiday seasons, there is a one week cut-off order date before the holiday. Orders placed after the cut-off time are not guaranteed, however we do try our best to ship them right away.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international or Canadian shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once shipped, your order may be tracked using the link from your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped during normal business hours; Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 hours for tracking milestones to update once your tracking number has been provided. If you do not see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We try our best to process orders as quickly as possible, therefore once your order is processed and packed we are not able to accommodate order cancellations or modifications. Please email info@waterdalecollection.com and we will try to assist you.

CAN I PERSONALIZE AN ITEM?

Yes, we offer laser engraving on all our lucite products.

Waterdale products make the perfect gift. Here are some quick facts to help you when you purchase.

Gift Receipt:
Orders arrive with a packing slip that excludes prices, regardless if it's a gift or not.

Add a Gift Message:
When you add an item to your cart, you will be provided the opportunity to add a gift message. Just above the Checkout Button, look for "Add Gift Message". This will provide you the opportunity to add a short message. If you for forget to add a gift message, you can contact support and we gladly add it. However, we're unable to edit your order once it is packed.

HOW DO I HANG MY LUCITE PLAQUE?

Every wall plaque includes hanging instructions, stainless steel floating screws, wall anchors and the actual screws for a stunning hang.

If you did not receive the hanging hardware with your order, please email info@waterdalecollection.com for a replacement. Make sure to peel off the protective film from your plaque before hanging.
