What text is on the Leather Painted Asher Yatzar Keychain?
It features Asher Yatzar, the bracha said after using the restroom:

What does the Asher Yatzar bracha mean?

It praises Hashem as the One Who heals all flesh and does wonders by keeping our bodies working every day.
