It features the Shabbos candle-lighting bracha in Hebrew, transliterated in English letters, and translated into English, so it's easy to read and understand even if you don't read Hebrew. The Hebrew bracha is:
What does the Hadlokas Neiros bracha mean?
With this bracha, we thank Hashem for making us holy through His mitzvos and for commanding us to light candles in honor of Shabbos. The candles bring light, peace, and shalom bayis into the home as Shabbos begins.
