It carries the Kiddush of the Shalosh Regalim — the text said on Pesach, Shavuos and Sukkos — printed in nusach Ashkenaz / Sefard. Some also have the text for Rosh Hashanah.
Some designs do and some don't — the Shalosh Regalim text is standard across the collection, while the Rosh Hashanah Kiddush appears on certain designs only. Check the product images on the listing before ordering if you want one card that covers every Yom Tov of the year.
