The Navy Collage Vinyl Sukkah Mural from the Waterdale Collection transforms an entire sukkah wall with a dramatic, deep-navy collage painted by Zelda. The artwork brings together scenes of the Beis Hamikdash and other Jewish themes in rich navy, blue, and gold tones, creating a striking backdrop for the whole Yom Tov.
Measuring 12' x 7', the mural is printed on waterproof, heavy-duty 13oz vinyl and finished with metal grommets on all four sides for secure, easy hanging.
After Yom Tov, the mural rolls neatly into its reusable storage tube for convenient storage until next Sukkos.
A sukkah mural is a large-format vinyl decoration that turns an entire sukkah wall into a scene — the Kosel at different hours, Yerushalayim in color, the Bais Hamikdash, or lush greenery. One mural does what a dozen small decorations can't: it gives the sukkah a view.
The collection includes the Kosel after rain, at winter, reflected in prayer, in color, in gray and gold, and the Pastel Kosel by Yosefa; Yerushalayim and Bais Hamikdash scenes, including the Bais Hamikdash by Judy; navy and gold collage murals; and greenery murals in classic and Painted by Batya versions. Between them, every sukkah style is covered.
The sukkah recalls our ancestors’ journey through the wilderness toward Eretz Yisroel, while Sukkos itself was a time of aliyah l'regel to the Beis Hamikdash in Yerushalayim. A Yerushalayim mural therefore connects the sukkah in our backyard to the sacred destination at the heart of the festival.
Vinyl is the material of choice for sukkah walls precisely because it tolerates damp air, wipes dry, and doesn't tear like paper posters. Mounted taut with hooks, magnets, velcro, or zip ties, a mural rides out normal Tishrei weather and dries up after rain.
Murals are cut large enough to anchor a full wall panel of a standard sukkah, with smaller coordinating vinyl pieces available to balance the remaining walls. One statement wall plus quieter surrounding walls is the layout most designers choose.
Yes — because vinyl is light, it hangs from grommets, clips, or velcro without screws or adhesive that mark wood panels or stress canvas.
Wipe it dry, roll it loosely around a tube rather than folding, and stand the roll in a dry bin with your sukkah boards. Rolled storage is what keeps a mural crease-free for many years.
