The Round Painted Simanim Card by Batya from the Waterdale Collection brings an artist's hand to the Rosh Hashanah (ראש השנה) table with a painted design of apple in honey printed on frosted Lucite with metallic gold detailing.

It displays the yehi ratzon (יהי רצון) for each of the simanim (סימנים) — apple dipped in honey, pomegranate, dates, and the other symbolic foods of Rosh Hashanah – on a beautiful round card in nusach Ashkenaz / Sefard. Set one at each place, and add engraving to elevate each setting.

The frosted Lucite is wipeable, honey-proof, and waterproof, so it's easy to clean and comes back to the table looking new every year. The simanim card makes a gorgeous piece of Judaica and a Jewish New Year gift.

What do the Rosh Hashanah Simanim mean?
The Rosh Hashanah Simanim are symbolic foods eaten on the first night of Rosh Hashanah, each accompanied by a Yehi Ratzon prayer. Through these prayers, we ask Hashem for a sweet new year, increased merits, to multiply like fish, to be at the head and not the tail, and for our enemies to be removed and our merits brought before Him.
