What text is on the Painted Judy Chanukah Matchbox?
The back of the matchbox features the Chanukah brachos. Two brachos are said every night before lighting, with Shehecheyanu added on the first night:

What do the Chanukah brachos mean?
The first bracha thanks Hashem for making us holy through His mitzvos and for commanding us to light the Chanukah lights. The second thanks Him for the miracles He performed for our Forefathers at this time of year. The third, Shehecheyanu, is said only on the first night and thanks Hashem for keeping us alive and bringing us to this season once again.
