The Floating Apple Honey Dish from the Waterdale Collection takes the classic apple motif and gives it a modern edge: a clear Lucite bowl in a die-cut apple silhouette with a distinctive floating design that draws the eye on the Rosh Hashanah (ראש השנה) table.
The click-in cover keeps honey fresh between uses, and the included metal spoon makes serving clean and drip-free. Available in gold and silver, with mirrored Shana Tova U'Mesukah (שנה טובה ומתוקה) Hebrew lettering.
The Lucite cleans up in seconds, making it a beautiful honey dish that earns its place year after year. Add engraving for a polished Jewish New Year gift.
I received this as a gift, and really like it much better than the old silver one. However, there is a suggestion for improvement that I would like to suggest. The top is clear, and when it is taken off, it can't be seen. It was thrown out with the tablecloth twice. The first time, it was caught in time to be taken out of the garbage. The second time, it was discovered too late. I would like to purchase a replacement. It would be helpful if the knob on top of the cover was gold to make it more visible.
