Second one i purchased. I love the clean look, easy setup. Great item
I received the valet and it arrived discolored. I contacted Waterdale, and they sent a replacement while I returned the original item. Unfortunately, the second one arrived with the same issue. I returned it some time ago and still have not received my refund. I’ve also emailed multiple times asking for updates about the refund and have not received any response. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer service.
This Valet has such a dainty and classy look! Love it! Looks beautiful in my bedroom.
