    Frequently Asked Questions

What text is on the Painted by Batya Silver Sukkah Tefillah Vinyl Decoration?
It features the tefillos for entering and leaving the sukkah, תְּפִלָּה כְּשֶׁנִּכְנָסִין לַסֻּכָּה and תְּפִלָּה כְּשֶׁיּוֹצְאִין מִן הַסֻּכָּה:‏
    • Entering the sukkah:‏
    • Leaving the sukkah:‏

What do the tefillos for entering and leaving the sukkah mean?
When entering the sukkah, we prepare ourselves to fulfill the mitzvah just as Hashem commanded, and ask that His Shechinah rest among us. When leaving the sukkah for the last time at the end of Sukkos, we ask that just as we merited to sit in this sukkah, we should merit next year to sit in the sukkah made from the skin of the Livyasan. That sukkah stands for the reward awaiting the righteous in the times of Moshiach.‏
