SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most orders are shipped via UPS. Standard shipping within the Tristate for orders over $100 is free using code FREESHIP100, or $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping. Shipping in the USA outside the Tristate area on orders over $100 is $3 using code FREESHIP100 or $12.95 Flat Rate Shipping.

Shipping to Canada is not always available, when available it is charged by the value amount.

Please allow up to 1-4 business days for us to verify and process an order, though during normal season most orders ship out within 12-48 hours. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery in the tri-state, and 3-7 days for deliver on the West Coast. For international shipments, please allow 7-10 days for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.
Please understand that due to the current situation, Shipping companies have taken the leeway to process and ship at a much slower rate than normal. This is out of our control. If you have an urgent deadline, be sure to use expedited shipping, so we can ensure to rush your order via the carrier.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, or UPS. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS, or UPS.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

 


RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES

Of course we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Waterdale.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items, seasonal items or items purchased with any discount codes (excluding 5%).

All exchanges require an RMA form.

Please email rochel@waterdalecollection.com to start an exchange. Exchange requests must be open within 20 days from the order date. Merchandise must be in unused condition, with all protective films and in original packaging (where applicable). 
If your items arrives damaged, please make sure to email rochel@waterdalecollection.com within 20 days so we can process a replacement.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please include the original packing list, and the RMA with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email with your credit code.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
